Hotel is falling to pieces, leaks, floods.
The experience was disastrous; we went to a wedding, the room had dampness, leaks, old room with a dubious smell. That hotel has every chance of falling down one of these days. Besides, they told me I had to file a claim through Booking and now the hotel staff won't even respond to Booking after two weeks of calling them every day. I am still waiting for a refund because obviously I couldn't sleep… The experience was disastrous; we went to a wedding, the room had dampness, leaks, old room with a dubious smell. For the price you cannot ask for much, but they could improve some aspects; the parking is private but there are only four keys, and there are not enough spaces.
