A lovely hotel very near the ocean. Nice clean, comfy room. Very good supper, our server, Goi, was excellent, polite and knowledgeable. Suggested a good wine and portion sizes. Excellent customer service. When we showered the drains had not been cleaned and were clogged with hairs, as a result the bathroom flooded. We proceeded to try and re enter our room after leaving to get food. They blocked our cards. We then went to reception to be met by three managers, one of which who proceeded to quite rudely tell us off for not telling them, with no apology for the fact they h… Excellent customer service. Easy to find in Castro U. Lovely beach just a short stroll. Garage Parking for bike. Ferry was a couple of hours late, so needed a beer!. Room large and Comfortable., two cool bottles of water. Nice salad and Rioja first night. Breakfast very good. Stayed two nights and found a couple of bars for drinks and food near the Marina. Would return.Easy to find in Castro U. We stopped here for two nights along our Camino journey. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room with an amazing view, nice bathtub, tasty and affordable breakfast buffet. We loved exploring Castro Urdiales! Two vegetarians in our group struggled to find much food without meat (this was a problem throughout the Camino del Norte).
