Gem of a hotel!
An absolute gem of a hotel located 5 minute walk from the medieval town and a 5 minute drive from the Altamira Cave. Free customer parking. Good buffet breakfast. Beautiful bedroom. Really helpful service, and a lovely hotel
We stayed here overnight on the way to the ferry at Santander. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and convenient for visiting the interesting old town. I’d like to highlight the really helpful staff; I urgently needed a travel adaptor to charge my phone, and there was nowhere in the town to buy one. A very nice hotel with friendly staff
We enjoyed the night we spent here in this lovely hotel in Santillana del Mar. We were traveling by bus and the hotel is very close to the bus stop. The young woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice shower.
