Not a good experience. I tried to cancel a booking more than 1 month in advance, only 9 days after it was made. They refused, just because I didn't pay the extra few euro "free cancelation" fee earlier. I needed to cancel because of some very serious personal reasons, I cannot travel to Spain at all. I asked for they help, and they just decided to keep my 110 euro and give the bed to someone else… Not a good experience. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, easy location. Lots of space.Wasn’t vibe-ing when I stayed but it was shoulder season. Single female traveller felt fine coming and going. Restaurants close. A very good city hostel

Very nice dorms, good location, friendly staff. Everything one would need in a city hostel. Looks like it was only built recently. We can't complain - the only thing we missed was community. A lot of older people stayed in the hostel and the social interaction wasn't really existing.Very nice dorms, good location, friendly staff. Everything one would need in a city hostel.
