Good place but limited
We are a family of 4, with 2 kids. Apartments are a bit limited, without some basic appliances, and only 1 room separated from main living room (where kitchen is also located). No air conditioned, which is basic in summer considering the high humidity of the area. Very well located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and shops. Wonderful first night in Spain
We arrived straight from the ferry and got a magnificent welcome from the staff. They really couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean and had everything that we could need. Wonderful location
The hotel is at walking distance from the beautiful historical city centre of Santillana del Mar.We stayed in a 4 beds rooms and it was quite big. Our apartment provided also a small kitchen if you want (we didn't used it).Rooms are noisy (just if you have noisy neighbors as we unfortunately did). Good location but very basic
We stayed for two nights to see Santillana del Mar and the surrounding coastline. The room was clean but VERY basic. The kitchen area did not even provide a dishcloth or some washing up liquid and there was no point buying these supplies for only two nights. How about a little sachet instead of the shoe polish/sewing kits normally provided.WIFI - It said this was included but it was so unreliable… We stayed for two nights to see Santillana del Mar and the surrounding coastline.
