Nice clean room, comfy, smallish though. AC took awhile to cool it off. Kettle, coffe/tea and a fridge. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Only comment is that it is a bit noisy, internal not external noise. Right in the heart of the city. As pilgrims, we were able to eat our Lupo dinner at tables main floor, very kind. A really nice hotel in a great central location, conveniently near to the main shopping centre, bars, restaurants, the cathedral, the railway station and the ferry terminal. Very clean room with a big comfortable bed. The receptionists were particularly helpful and friendly, and spoke very good English. My room had doors opening on to a little balcony overlooking the street. It was lovely. The room was clean and nicely presented. A lovely, convenient hotel in Central Santander. If you want a bar and noise this is not for you but we loved it! Immediately next to the bus station so perfect for day trips.
