Absolute Filth.
If you are looking for a clean and safe hotel then avoid at all costs. This hotel was without doubt the worst I’ve stayed in over the years. It was filthy from the moment we walked in and unsafe. I understand it’s not a 5* hotel however I expect it to be clean and safe. This hotel was a disgrace with management who basically made us out to be liars when we said the rooms were dirty and it took the… If you are looking for a clean and safe hotel then avoid at all costs. Definitely one not to return to
What can I say about this hotel? It’s unique. Ever been to a dingy serviced apartments complex? It’s like that. Microscopic rooms and bathrooms - I mean really really cramped. Dark hallways that make you feel like you are in a Hitchcock movie. Stay away.
Extremely dirty and aged hotel. It is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep all night. The air conditioner wasn’t working and it was noisy. The owner overpriced our stay and the breakfast was gross and unhygienic; only grassy finger food.Extremely dirty and aged hotel. It is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep all night. An intesting visit to Jerez
We stayed overnight in late October 2018. On arrival, we found that it was not possible to stop the car outside the hotel. It would have been good to have been advised to park temporarily in Calle Pedro Alonso, off which a side street (Calle Sol) gives access to the underground hotel garage. Beware - entry (especially), and exit (slightly easier) is suitable for nothing larger than a small family… We stayed overnight in late October 2018. Short break with Jerez as the stay
We stayed in Jerez as we did a day trip to Cadiz by train and drove down to Gibraltar. The hotel whilst easy to find, the car parking isnt so easy and the turning angles on the way down very tight! anything larger you will struggle to get it in or out!reception is impressive (less the demonstrators who were outside!) and the receptionists at all times of day helpfull and friendly.Rooms were spaciou… We stayed in Jerez as we did a day trip to Cadiz by train and drove down to Gibraltar. The hotel whilst easy to find, the car parking isnt so easy and the turning angles on the way down very tight! anything larger you will struggle to get it in or out!reception…
