Third time lucky
This was our third attempt at getting a hotel in Jerez. Thankfully it was third time lucky. A little way out of the centre but, taxis are cheap and quick when ordered from reception. The hotel has a laid back but professional feel about it. It was spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The only slight issue was not enough coffee m… This was our third attempt at getting a hotel in Jerez. Thankfully it was third time lucky. Bit disappointed
Bit disappointed tbh. Good value for money, parking very easy. But room a bit cramped, air conditioning unreliable and the bathroom door lock was broken. Pool area excellent and staff were good. Breakfast very average. I’d heard great reports and it didn’t live up to expectations Juan Antonio SHP, Other at Hipotels Sherry Park, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are sorry to hear that you… Bit disappointed tbh. Excellent hotel
An exemplary hotel. It is beautifully maintained, clean, with helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly need. The adjoining restaurant has excellent food, and there is an attractive inside/outside bar, overlooking the pool. Another fabulous stay
Every time we come to town we stay at this hotel and it's a very easy decision to make. It's one of those places you feel at home straight away and the attention to detail is fantastic. This is the sixth or seventh time we've been here and this is yet another five star review for the place. Communication before arrival is excellent, they helped us with an exact room request and in a very unfussy wa… Every time we come to town we stay at this hotel and it's a very easy decision to make.
