Finding the hotel and then parking here spoiled our stay
After a long day on the road, the challenge of finding the hotel and parking was a bit off putting. Roadworks around the one way system took us longer to reach the Parador. We were able to park outside the hotel to drop luggage but the underground car park was then some distance away down a steep hill, which had to be climbed back up later. Despite being given a numbered space, it was occupied and… After a long day on the road, the challenge of finding the hotel and parking was a bit off putting. Strong recommend.
Very nice, not too expensive, well located. Paradors can be hit or miss. Some are great some are OK. This one is very good. Beautifully cared for. Well located. Great staff. A little confusing to get around in, but that’s the nature of old buildings. Luis at the front desk helped us out on coordinating a taxi. Excellent and a relief. The staff over all were very helpful and made our stay a success. Thank you. Parking arrangements difficult to say the least.
Convenient hotel to old town but I think the hotel needs to purchase car parking facilities closer to hotel. Car park a long long distance away. Takes at least one hour from checking in to unloading suitcases and paid parking in city car park and walk back. Taxi an option I guess. Also, in marketing photos hotel promotes a lovely outside eating area. In reality, staff completely discourage any atte… Convenient hotel to old town but I think the hotel needs to purchase car parking facilities closer to hotel. Car park a long long distance away. An unforgettable stay
Although difficult to access ( through no fault of the parador), once there, it was a most relaxing experience. The building is beautiful and our large room was more like a suite and very comfortable. The staff were very amenable and the restaurant experience was fab too. An exceptional place to stay. Highly recommendable.
