Amazing hotel and location! The breakfast buffet was wonderful but Chef Charles was even better!! Always had a smile and would whip up whatever we desired! Best omelets and tortillas de patata. I stayed at this 4 star hotel in Cáceres and, unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, as I found hair left behind from previous guests. The bath towels also looked quite old and worn out. What disappointed me the most, however, was that the hotel did not have an iron available for guests to borrow. Great location but no amenities or service. Housekeeping was always around and helpful (but we never got any water and they have no amenities). Room was full of dust when we arrived, I wiped down the desk and chairs with several wipes and got full of dust. If it was clean it would have been a decent hotel. Safe area and right by the historical center. Feel like I overpaid for the lack of service.… Great location but no amenities or service.
