We were a week in this hotel and think it does not warrant 4 stars as there are no facilities. Very impersonal but location is good. Beds comfortable, good breakfast. However we were on the top floor with 2 terraces we could not use because of the sun and no umbrellas. When there was some shade on one terrace there were no chairs There does not seem to be any staff besides for breakfast. Even better than before!

We last stayed here four years ago and liked it a lot. This time we really loved it! We came back on the strength of the hotel being so close to all the historic sights and because of the fabulous apple cake at the breakfast buffet. Both were still as good!We had a room facing the street on the 2nd floor and, thanks to two sets of double glazed windows, it was nice and quiet. Great location in best part of downtown, lots to see , attractions etc. the only down side no bar or restaurant vacilities. Not sure why this was. Astronomical charges for a hotel with no services

I went to Exe Agora CACERES with my 85 year old parents. We booked in advance thinking that like any other hotel they would be offering all the basic services for a 4 star Hotel. When we arrived there we learned that the hotel does not offer any restaurant/bar facilities not any room service. So after a long day out you could not have a simple sandwich not a salad without having had to step out me… I went to Exe Agora CACERES with my 85 year old parents. Good location to get to the old town

Stayed for one night and everything was fine, clean and friendly staff at reception. Aircondition worked wonderful, it was very hot outside. Parking under the hotel was exciting because the car had to go into a car elevator ;-)Centre of the town only 3 minutes away, perfect for being close but not in the noisy parts.
