Every visit has been an ok experience or a miss. Either food was poor in restaurant or service was dreadful but we have been a few times now but I think this is the last time. Restaurant is expensive . One year we did b&b & dinner but they had no idea we were inclusive. The food we got was not good & service terrible. We have stayed here before & were happy with the Half Board option which was good value. However I don't think we'll be returning. Our experience of the hotel is fine , good size rooms but needs a bit of updating . Pleasant staff. BUT the restaurant experience tonight was bad to say the least. We had an embarrassing experience of having to ask for the menu for half board clients. The al a Cart… We have stayed here before & were happy with the Half Board option which was good value. Convenient location but needs a revamp. Three adults so had to stay in two rooms one of which was very smelly and musty. Even leaving the windows open all evening didn’t help. I can't understand where the great reviews come from. This hotel photos make it look like a rural location and this was the reason we booked it along with the description ofthe restaurant food (the Tudanca restaurant specializes in traditional Castilian food) perhaps this was a la carte only. A four night business trip to the area so not much time for the spa. The staff were good and we got to understand each other with broken spanish and english. Front desk speak english so that was easy. Room was clean. I never did turn on the TV. the space was a little loud as the sound travels trough the floor and walls but not too bad.
