Someone in our group forgot a brand new tshirt in our hotel room. Once we noticed after we had left, we immediately called the hotel to ask if housekeeping had found it in our room. They did and were willing to keep it for us because we were coming back to the hotel in a month anyway. Well, when we came back to collect it, they beat around the bush when we first asked about it, to then proceed and… Someone in our group forgot a brand new tshirt in our hotel room. Stayed one night during our road trip around Spain and Portugal. The Hotel is modern and very well presented. The receptionists were efficient and polite. I cannot fault the hotel, restaurant or staff. This was the first time back to the hotel following my father's stroke here 4 years ago. The help then and on this this visit was excellent. The only query is concerning what appears to be a double charge for rooms, which may be due to upgrading the room and checking in early.I cannot fault the hotel, restaurant or staff. Ok for a stopover, dog friendly, helpful staff, good bar area and food. Breakfast good quality and plentiful. Rooms are good size, but was hot in there with zero air con. We were allocated a room at the rear of the hotel this was noisy from the motorway just at the rear.
