    Room was absolutely stinking, hadn’t been cleaned properly before we had the keys, still lady’s hair on my bed, we had a freezing cold shower all weekend to which we had notified reception who said that’ll it be fixed. It never did. Had to bite the bullet and take it like a man. May as well have had a hosepipe. The mess Underneath the bed I’d rather not go there… The whole floor underneath us was getting renovated so waking up with a hangover every morning to the sound of an angle grinder or a sledgehammer wasn’t on my plans that weekend so that was definitely a putting off, you needed a cscs card to stay there!

    We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and the man on the front desk was spot on and very helpful. The room did have odd marks on the walls, but it was clean. I would recommend this place and would stop again.

    Really nice staff at the hotel, boss man on the bar can't do enough for you. Be warned he will try and sell you John Smith's, bought 74 as a trial in April and still had 4 left in August 25. 😄

    Ignore the bad reviews – we had an amazing time!A group of 26 of us just checked out and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. Yes, the rooms are basic – but what do you expect? It’s exactly what you need for a stag do. We had 7 rooms between us, all of them were clean and the beds were totally fine.The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s a clean, safe place to crash for a few hours before heading out to enjoy Benidorm again.Perfect for a stag party – 10/10 would recommend!
