The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 400 m away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The property is situated on a hill, so it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.
The apartment complex welcomes guests in an 11-storey building with 2 lifts and 42 apartments. A safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom and a coin-operated laundry are available.
