Location

The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 400 away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The property is situated on a hill, so it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Facility

The apartment complex welcomes guests in an 11-storey building with 2 lifts and 42 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

The rooms include individually adjustable heating, a kitchen and a bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) ensure optimal comfort. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. The complex offers leisure activities to suit all tastes, including solarium or, for a fee, golf and table tennis. Third-party operators additionally offer golf. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a dance club and a nightclub.
