Poor customer service bad inner rooms
Where to start , e mailed hotel two weeks prior to getting there never had reply e mail . Given worse room ever over looking wall and large vent duct no view unless looked up and see sky . Went to reception told come back tomorrow get see view which asked for…

Horrendous
Absolutely horrendous, building work was happening, food was t. Horrible, staff ignorant and the view we had was of someone’s house in the back alleys. Pool was as big as a kids pool but was shut .. a catfish holiday? Pictures didn’t fit what we walked in to
