The hotel is situated close to Benidorm town centre, and the main amenities of the old town are just 300 m away. The property is 700 m from the fine sandy beach of Levante and within just 150 m guests will find a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the town's main evening hotspots, making it a great base for those who wish to be close to everything. Alicante Airport is 65 km from the hotel.

27 apartments are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. The apartment complex provides a safe, a currency exchange service and room service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
