Location

This apartment block is situated in a residential quarter in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm. Levante beach is situated 500 metres away and it lies 2 km from the city centre, 5 m from the local bus stop and 200 m from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants.

Facility

93 apartments are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a conference room and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Featuring 2 indoor and outdoor pools, the pool complex is the perfect place to work out or just relax and unwind. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the apartment hotel, including a gym, billiards and a spa. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.
