Horrendous- save yourself spend 10% more elsewhere!
Avoid! Room was switched to smaller than what I booked with no recompense. 2 towels for 4 in room. Disastrously abysmal WiFi. No sheets for pathetic sofa bed. Front desk barely out of high school - poorly trained. Going to have a word my corporate travel folks…

Unauthorised Credit Card Charges Post Checkout
Be careful of unauthorised credit card charges after checkout. Hotel then do not reply to phonecalls or emails to find out what the charge was for. Large charge of over €120 posted to my credit card but no invoice or bill to explain what it was for.
