The apartments are located in the heart of the Born district, the area where most artists live and where guests will find boutiques with fashions by local designers, crafts shops and art galleries, as well as chic tapas bars, restaurants and shopping centres that are open every day, including the famous Maremagnum. There are also numerous discos, fashionable clubs and terraces and patios, where visitors can enjoy a drink, surrounded by historical buildings. The Mediterranean Sea is approximately 1 km from the accommodation. The train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and Barcelona Airport is about 15 km away.
