A disappointing Experience
Hotel needs a complete refurbishment, while the rooms are clean & cleaned daily by excellent housekeeping staff, the curtains in the room were torn & very worn. Ok for a night but needs some TLC
Hotel is quite far from the town of badajoz so you need a car but parking isn’t always great . The staff at reception are nice . The rooms are spacious but there are no complimentary items such as you generally expect like tea , coffee , and bathroom goods - this is a 4 star hotel apparently . Shocking Meal & Customer Service ??
Hotel is very tired and in need of urgent maintenance. Have stayed in better hotels rated one star ?I also order a burger meal and when it arrived it was 90% raw and uncooked. This is unacceptable from a chef working at this level of hotel. If you can't cook a burger,you can't even be called a cook and should be no where near a professional kitchen .When the burger came back around 15 minutes late… Hotel is very tired and in need of urgent maintenance. Stop over on way from Algarve to Bilbao
We were travelling back to Britain from Algarve and stayed here for one night en route. We had our dog with us. He was made a real fuss of by the staff. The receptionist was very friendly and was very apologetic that dogs were not allowed in very many areas. Apparently they are making changes and next summer there will be areas where dogs are allowed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely hotel but…..
A lovely hotel but the balcony had no furniture, I have never stayed at a hotel that has a balcony but nowhere to sit, very very odd, all rooms were the same, I think maybe they don’t want you to sit and drink your own drinks and want you to buy them from them, also there is no bar as such you buy drinks from the restaurant which is also a bit strange for a 4 star hotel.
