Nice hotel, nice rooms. However, the HVAC went out entirely during the night. Not even a fan. Stifling. Front desk told me to open the window. Cold air, rain and traffic noise from open window. Very old/dated room. We didn’t sleep well because of the terrible hard bed. No coffee- and tea facility and no mini-bar in the room. We payed a high price for one night.How can this be a four star hotel?Positive: large parking garage with possibility to recharge your electric car. Friendly service in the cafetaria.
