This hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city.The rooms are clean and tidy.The breakfast is adequate without being excessive.There are many good restaurants within an easy walking distance. Extremely mediocre hotel. The A/C was not working in multiple rooms, and many rooms cannot reach the wifi. Good hotel spoiled by poor staffing. The hotel is in a brilliant location right in a pedestrianised present in the town centre. The staff that are on duty are excellent however there are not enough of them. It was very disappointing to find that the breakfast staff had been completely overwhelmed by one coachload of visitors. Well maintained, clean hotel a few minutes walk away from the old town of Oviedo. Typical hotel room with the usual amenities you would expect. Excellent location within easy walking distance of center and old town. Wonderful reception staff. Allowed early check in and helpful in many ways. Comfortable rooms.
