  We stayed in Mieres at the Hotel Mieres del Camino for 5 nights in August. Reception was welcoming and helpful.   A lovely hotel with wonderful staff

  We recently spent one night at this hotel while walking the Camino San Salvador. We arrived early and while many a hotel would say come back later. Alice, the woman at reception, without batting an eyelid, worked to get one room ready for us so that we could change and rest. It was a simple act of kindness but we were very grateful for it.   Enjoyed my stay at this 3* hotel which had good features. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had nice variety with hot and cold options. Free minibar of bottled water was a nice touch. There is no car park, however free parking on the street and at a car park a few minutes walk away. Good connection on wifi.
