Have no hesitation in staying here whilst visiting Oviedo. Modern building with fantastic staff who are very proud of their city, they are extremely helpful in advising god places to visit, eat and drink so that you can fully appreciate this lovely city. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful as usual. Prepared sofa-bed and baby cot for our kids. Excellent location and quality/price ratio. Heating (AC) system is user-unfriendly and faulty sometimes. Good place, not good for children with buggies, wheelchair, old people

Hotel is good, location is nearby the city center, staff is nice and rooms are good size and clean, maybe are getting a bit tired but good enough. Only problem is that there are many stairs to go to the lobby and breakfast room, therefore if you are travelling with wheelchair, babies on buggies or anyone with walking difficulties it may be a bit difficult.
