Depressing experience
Nice modern hotel in good location. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. And that’s where it ends. No amenities in the room at all. No coffee or tea making facilities, no kettle, no toiletries in the bathroom, no iron. Cleaning done once in three nights, despite putting the sign out. We asked for an iron and were told they were all taken. Strong smell of smoke in room. We asked to check out 1/2… Nice modern hotel in good location. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Good value. Favourable price to quality ratio. Breakfast is good. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The center area and the Ocean is very close. Desperately in need of renovation
Dreary, old hotel with doors creaking; cracks, scratches and peeling of bathtub, walls, flooring; air conditioning and bathroom ventilator that don’t work; very uncomfortable bed, pillows and linens; extremely dark and spooky parking garage… the list goes on. I’m not sure how this hotel hangs onto its 4 star rating.
