The Best Hotel Receptionist Ever
The hotel is extremely central and very good value for money. Rooms are a good size and comfortable beds and bedding. It’s in a pedestrian street, so very quiet. Good shower, safe and fridge, but the best thing about this hotel is, LAURA!! She is by far the best hotel receptionist we have ever come across. We stayed here before starting the Camino Primitivo and enjoyed our stay very much. The room we had was clean and large. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Bed bugs, blood stains and poor excuses…
After our first night of a three night stay, my partner woke up with a bug on them but we didn’t think anything of it, we just brushed it off and got on with our day. Throughout the day my partner came up in loads of red bites all over their back. When we got back to the hotel that evening we told reception we suspected bed bugs and requested another room. The hotel has an excellent location right next to the historical area of Oviedo, restaurant streets and a few blocks from the train and bus stations. We had a good night's sleep, it was a spacious room (the kids had a separate area with a pull out couch).
