Picked Servigroup hotel as used them many times in Spain before and not been disappointed unfortunately this hotel has broken the trend. Good point the room is nice. Food breakfast best meal evening meal very mediocre and buffet food not hot my partner is vegetarian and the choice has been really poor . The new head of reception is rude to say the least. I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I'd rank it along with the best hotels I've ever stayed in, however, this is much, much cheaper. Service, fantastic. Food superb. Staff superb. We stayed for one week full board. Everything was perfect. All the staff we met were friendly and courteous. A special mention goes to the maintenance men who were replacing the large glass door.Also to the dinning room staff, especially Bernardo and the lady with glasses who helped our son regarding vegan food.
