The complex was modernised in 2023. 85 apartments and 305 double rooms are available to guests in an 8-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, medical assistance and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (no extra charge).

We stayed as a retired couple on half board. Our room was clean, with large, comfortable beds and a great sea view. The reception staff were friendly and spoke good English, and drinks were reasonably priced.This is a large hotel that caters well for families, with a pirate splash pool and a play area. Part of a wedding group and we ended up on the 9th floor, with magnificent views.Absolutely no problem, room well cleaned every day. Service everywhere was really good, but if you are looking for a negative then the coffee machines at breakfast did not always produce good drink! What a fabulous hotel. We just booked a week away for a quick getaway and we wasn't disappointed. Great pool, great service and great location. So very clean, and the staff were wonderful.
