Wonderful hotel!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated so good. The staff were amazing - answered all our questions and were so helpful. The hotel is in a great location and easily within walking distance to the Spanish arch and downtown restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and we were happy to see it after a very long day of travelling. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so good. OK Stay
Room was decent, the heater kept turning off after a few hours, even in the middle of the night, without getting up to the set temperature. I had to ask the front desk and they said yeah that’s how they work, but they could override that feature. My room overlooked the carpark, so mostly kept the curtains closed so people couldn’t look in.My first night I went to the restaurant and it took forever… Room was decent, the heater kept turning off after a few hours, even in the middle of the night, without getting up to the set temperature. However, the highlight of our experience was the front desk attendant, Steve. His welcoming demeanor and commitment to customer service made our stay!
