Terrible horrible awful hotel in my life paying 500euros for 2rooms
This hotel, Mercure strasbourg centre gare was horrible condition. I wonder how they got 4 stars hotel!! 4 stars?? It must be 1star hotel.We booked 2 rooms accecible for children but they told us that it is not exist! ??The rooms were so small, evenin the bathroom inly one person can stand. All the furnitures were so old and durty. I hope that nobody goes that terrible, horrible and awful hotel!This hotel, Mercure strasbourg centre gare was horrible condition. Standard room with the amenities. Room is just nice for 2 person. But the toilet bowl is set in a awkward position. I pity those large size guests. Free coffee at the lobby.
