Budget hotel with 5 star service
I stayed here for three nights in August. I wasn't expecting much with it being a budget hotel. I must say, every member of staff I interacted with was very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is continental, and I thought it had a lot of choice, also a sandwich toaster where you can toast your breakfast (great addition). Great stay for the Paris Airshow
The rooms are typical IBIS, basic but very clean. For this type of hotel the room including the bathroom were reasonably sized. Housekeeping in and around the hotel was excellent and the public areas remained clean and tidy at all times. Wonderful sleep!
We stayed here for one night during our summer holiday as a place to break our drive. We were welcomed (at nearly midnight) by an incredibly kind gentleman. We must have looked exhausted as he even showed us to our rooms! We had inter-leading rooms. The beds were amazing! Comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding - it made for excellent sleep. Bad smells
It would be fine but the first room smelled very strongly of cigarettes and the second smells like a less than pristine gentleman has recently vacated it. Not sure how much of it has been cleaned. We left the window open while we went for dinner but the smell is still here. Tge pillows smell bad. Cleanliness is crucial. How can this happen in 2020?It makes for a really unpleasant stay.
