We had a great holiday in Alicante and the choice of hotel played a big role. It is in a beautiful vibrant suburb, twenty minutes from the city by tram. I’m staying as a student of university of Alicante in Villa Universitaria here. The price is pretty high so were my expectations. As I arrived I found everything okay. As I’ve been spending more time, I found many disadvantages. 1) I had problems with my key and the lock all the time. Very quite and clean hotel with a nice pool and a perfect service. It's a bit distant from the center of Alicante (15 minutes driving), but the price/quality is really unbeatable in my opnion, even in the high season. Directly across the street from campus this is an excellent place to stay when visiting the cool. Nicely appointed rooms for a more than reasonable price. A few minutes walk to the tram station running all the way to the city center.
