Wonderful staff wonderful hotel

My wife left her iPad in the hotel and the staff were so helpful, they packaged the iPad and had it ready for the courier. The hotel was around a twenty min walk into the city, It was fine going out but I would not like to do it late at night as there were some areas with very few people about, but having said that it was only 6 euro in a cab back from the main part of Alicante.Rooms were adequate, with a decent bathroom. Rude, disgusting staff with massive attitudes

Extremely rude staff whom demanded a 150.00 euro deposit after I booked the room online. When I would NOT leave my debit card with them. they refused me the room, to which, now I'm struggling to get my money back from them. They also left me without a room, with my bags, on the streets of Alicante! Outrageous. Never again will I deal with Travelodge, anywhere in the world! As a colleague from Travelodge UK, let me say that i had spent a very interesting moments in the hotel, I've been very well treated and welcomed by a lovely receptionist named Monica, she was wonderful smiling all the time to all the guests the hotel is spotless not far from the city centre, the room was very clean,I honestly do recommend itThank you Monica.
