We stayed for 3 nights at Melia Alicante The Level, this was our 2nd stay here and we very much enjoyed our return visit.We booked a sea view room which was clean, quiet and comfortable, although maybe we would have booked a larger room for a longer stay. The melia level provides a relaxing and quiet stay
Overall a very pleasant few days but some issues which were quickly fixedFirst room rejected due to location, however 2nd had wonderful views from balcony and was very comfortable. A decent place with a decent location but overpriced for the services you receive. My wife and I booked this hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and was told by many guests that the hotel would help us honor and celebrate the occasion if we alerted them ahead of time (which we did) but they did nothing. We have recently returned from our stay. Our 4th stay at this beautiful corner in Alicante. The staff are beautiful inside and outside - they create a caring peaceful adult only space. The Level lounge is just delightful with soft drinks, beers, cava and hot drinks available all day. Tapas and sweet treats offered at certain times throughout the day. We booked a junior suite with sea view which opened up onto the infinity pool. We were blown away it was gorgeous ! The level makes this experience from the amazing , attentive staff to the cleanliness of the room & pool area. Shout out to our level waiter Alexandro he was super attentive & very friendly !
