Quiet location, not suitable for wheelchair users or people that struggle uphill. Staff are friendly especially the food and beverage manager Mustafa, waitress Gül was very energetic and polite she always had a smile for us. Visited as a family. This was my first visit to Turkey and all I’ve heard about is how amazing All Inclusive is in Turkey compared to anywhere else. I’m afraid that was not my experience, the food was not great. A lot of things not labelled up so no idea what some dishes were. Ice cream during the day available between 15:00 and 16:00 hours which I’ve never experienced before. Cocktails were names… Visited as a family. Great stay for good price
We stayed at Sultan of Side as a family of five with two teenagers and had a very good overall experience.The hotel was clean and well maintained. Good value for money experience that has gone too far in cost cuttings
On the positive side, it's a nice hotel with 2 outdoor swimming pools, one more suited for children and younger audiences, very close to the water slides, another one for adult swimming with lovely clean water and very well maintained.
