I booked this hotel through Booking.com specifically because the room was advertised as having two double beds. On arrival, the room contained only two large single beds. Stayed at Sercotel Ciutat D'Alcoi with friends, and it was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool (or another feature you enjoyed) and the cosy common areas where we could hang out. The location was perfect, close to all the best spots. Sercotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. We were able to find street parking close by. Overall I feel like our stay here was a bargain and would stay again. The AC was cold and beds we're nice. The only thing I can think of is it would be nice to have a blanket.
