I have photos of disgusting spots on the mattress and the furniture, the elevators reeked of marijuana, your tea bottles in your snack room was expired and the breakfast was weak. Good value for the money
I was visiting family in the area and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. My sister-in-law lost her necklace, and the staff went above and beyond to help her find it. In the end, we were successful. The staff were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I reserved the accessible king suite with roll-in shower. I was assigned an accessible king suite with bath tub. We had a large clean room well equipped with Coffee, desk, chairs and comfy couch, they also supplied good quality toiletries. Tea and coffee was always available in the hotel lobby. Had a clean, spacious room with king bed and a couch. The water pressure was AMAZING and I could actually wash my hair (Thick hair ladies will know what I mean).
