I don't normally make reviews as I am extremely busy. However, I feel this is justified in this case. Victor on reception and Andrea at the restaurant especially made our stay amazing. What a wonderful few days in this lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All of them were friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned the rooms did an amazing job daily. My daughter is autistic and the hotel is very autism aware. They said that the staff had done training and it showed. When we arrived we even received a bag with ear defenders and sensory toys.
