This family-friendly city hotel is located in the wonderful area of San Juan, approximately 2 km from the stunning sandy beach and around 7 kilometres to the centre with its shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as the bus and train stations. Alicante Airport is approximately 20 kilometres from the hotel.

Worth more than the stars it is given
The front desk people were very friendly. I speak little Spanish but some of the staff speak some English. The hotel is clean. Cleaning staff came in every day to make the bed, give me clean towels, empty garbage and do what ever other cleaning needed to be done. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony. There is a parking garage under the hotel where I was allowed to lock up my bike. My only suggestion is… The front desk people were very friendly. Simple clean and comfortable hotel, made special by the friendly staff
I would definitely stay here again, it is an excellent base, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just one night but very good
A last minute trip to get away to the coast, all the hotels right on the coast were booked so we went for this one, knowing it was a bit more into the town and away from the coast. Thinking it still looked walkable we booked it and then at the last minute had to cancel our non refundable booking, but they were great and allowed us to reschedule twice in fact. The staff is not responding to telefon calls and mails!! Thomas: the general manager refuges to talk to us about complains. So this is a very bad hotel. Don't go to them. Nice overnight stay
We were visiting friends in Alicante and stayed here for one night. Very pleasant staff and a comfortable hotel. Nice room, well appointed. The only problem was parking.
