We were fortunate enough to locate the Hotel Serawa after opting to vacate our pre booked accommodation at another hotel/apartment. Nice but could do better
Good stay in a really well located hotel. Staff super friendly but the terrace room needs a deep clean. I’m being critical here but we paid £1000 for four nights and found the cushions on the terrace in need of a clean. Bird sh’t on both sides of all of them and floor needs a sweep. Sofa and arm chair stained and TV a pain the arse to watch as you need to cast from your phone. I know, you don’t go… Good stay in a really well located hotel. Great location one road behind promenade. Lovely rooms cool clean and replenished daily. Room only for us didn’t eat breakfast/lunch as no English menus available. Just got back after having 4 nights at this Hotel. Staff as we got there was very friendly. Room wasn't ready but wasn't a problem. It didn't take long before they got in touch saying it was. Central for everything. Marina. Shops and Restaurants. The room was big Lovely and clean. Clean towels if you wanted them every day. Only downside but this is my opinion. Myself and my daughter stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is located perfectly for access to the beach and promenade. Due to its location it can be a little noisy but it’s all quiet by 11/12. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fresh and ample. My only real concern hence 4 stars, was over the privacy of the bathroom in our room.
