Beautiful hotel
Stayed at this beautiful hotel last night, staff were amazing kind and friendly, the rooms were beautiful, as were the grounds I only wished we could of stayed longer, perfect location, breakfast is well worth it, we will be back to stay again and try the restaurants, just book it, you won’t regret it. Disappointing
We have just returned from two nights at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the setting, the pool and the outside areas all fantastic.However our room No.136 was a disappointment. The air-conditioning switched itself off during the night before resetting to heat the room rather than cool so both nights that we stayed we were disturbed by having to try and sort out the temperature. Came here on my honeymoon the morning after we were married, so we travelled overnight. We told reception (we had also emailed in advance to say that it was our honeymoon) and had a pretty disinterested response (must highlight that the breakfast staff are really friendly and helpful).
