I stayed for one night at the end of a holiday to be nearer Alicante airport. The location cannot be beaten. It is central for everything, beach, marina, restaurants and shops. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was ready when I arrived and a twin as requested. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the room and bed was very comfortable. Lovely hotel in the heart of Alicante. Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk staff was exceptional (we checked into 4 rooms, and 1 was available early so we could stash luggage until the others were ready). Lovely Hotel facing the Placa de Ajuntament with stunning views of Santa Barbara Castle.Great room with possibly the biggest bed we've ever slept in. You could quite easily have fitted 4 people in it.
