Booked direct for a 2 night B and B stay. Good communication. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Mariano, on reception, made our stay perfect. Perfect position on the beach front and the only hotel on the front with a pool. Spotlessly clean. This used to be really good place to stay.We spent last three years with them - 2 weeks each time all the time in superior suite as a family of three.This year was a disaster.Air conditioning was nearly blowing some cold air unable to keep the temperature at desired level. Stayed here for a couple of nights. Staff were very helpful, car park is good. Location is superb on the beach which I think all the rooms overlook and you are very close to all the restaurants. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and bar facilities were great. The pool area is small but you are opposite the beach! We do not rate this as 4 star hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, cheap plastic mattress protector made bed hot, no satellite TV, nothing in minibar (water only provided on first day), asked for packed lunch instead of breakfast on last day which was dismal and told "not allowed" a coffee. Best thing about hotel was location but they have become complacent about their standards.We do not rate this as 4 star hotel. What a wonderful hotel right on the sea! I am stunned to see any negative reviews. The room was fabulous, staff very helpful and the food was just delicious!
