Wrong star rating -definitely not a 4star
Shame on Jet 2 for saying this location is 4 star. If you like having your meals in a school canteen and drinking coffee from paper cups, then enjoy!This is a very tall and narrow hotel with 25 floors. Shocked to see that there was no complimentary water on arrival. No privacy if your in the lower floors from being overlooked from adjacent buildings. Nothing to shout about, basic but clean. Location is excellent. Breakfast is good with several options. Property is a bit dated but is fine if you’re just using it to sleep/wash. Not as expected not 4 star
At present booked in big mistake . How can be 4 star bathroom chips on door bath glazing awful.Had to clean hairs of toilet seat not impressed.Location is good near to beach and room has a sea view.However balcony not accessible as Air con unit located there and just hot air being pumps out. Staff excellent helpful. 2 lifts for all floors not acceptful had to wait 5mins for lift.At present booked in big mistake . Shocking lack of air conditioning for customers and staff
My friends and I visited the cocktail bar on the 26th floor of the Grand Sol Hotel in Alicante on 2nd August. On arrival, we were very surprised by how small it was. The bar was extremely crowded, with only one young woman serving.She came over, cleaned our table, gave us a menu, and said she would be back to take our order.
