Since the last time everything has gone worse

We came five years ago and everything was medium correct (there was still no elevator). We are back this year, and except for the workers, everything has been disastrous. The elevator creaks, no cleaning, shower overflows to the room, no towels changed, unwashed quilt with stains, dirt under the bed, etc, etc. And I'm sure it's not the roommate's fault. First of all, the girl who attended me at reception was very friendly.He took care of us very well.The rooms really leave a lot to be desired.Cleanliness is not your forte.The sheets had hair and stains.Apart very expensive for what it offers.The walls were stained and a coat of paint was missing.Experiences have it was nasty.I don't repeat even if I get paid.
