This hotel was horrible. The staff was not nice and when it came up a problem they didn’t help us. So when we reached out to the maneger he told ut we haven’t told the staff but we did. I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Alicante. The receptionist, Ruslana, was unprofessional, aggressive, and showed no empathy or willingness to help.
