Lovely stay
Stayed at this hotel with husband and 14 year old for 4 nights. We booked interconnecting rooms which I thought would be quite small however this was not the case. Rooms were huge and one could easily sleep three people. Rooms were spotless, had toiletries provided and cleaned daily. My only criticism would be that our room felt a little dark. Good location
Good location for shopping and the centre. A good 15 minute walk to beach. Large room with a double and a sofa bed as 3 adults sharing.Only downside aircon wasnt working and very noisy late night revellers but then again we are in a city with a busy night life . I found the lifts very small for 8 floors and it took ages to get to us on floor 5. Quicker to take stairs if you can.Good location for shopping and the centre. A good 15 minute walk to beach. Poor location with homeless sleeping nearby
The hotel lovely and staff attentive and helpful. Have stayed here for 5 years on visits of 5 nights in May. however this year walking to the hotel not pleasant. The square close to the hotel lots of people on benches. One man penis out urinating openly . Another day a man spitting from his seat on the bench to the pavement in front of us. Not pleasant to walk past - not threatening just not nice.The hotel lovely and staff attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, the staff were so friendly we got our room earlier than expected which was fantastic.The room was very clean and spacious.Didn’t eat here as there is so many places to eat in Alicante, it’s a 10 min walk to the beach and my partner even got a surprise birthday cake waiting for her which was a nice touch.
