Eating steak at Fleur de lys plateau

I wanted to eat something familiar and went for the steak in the restaurant on the ground floor. It was nicely cooked and it was absolutely delicious. Booking was made for 9 nights, there was an issue with our return flight which meant it got moved up by a day, we tried to get a refund for a day from the hotel but they refused. Fleur de Lys Plateau is a downtown hotel is a safe but not beautiful neighborhood. There are restaurants nearby along with a mosque less than 100 meters away ( some rooms might hear the call to prayer in the early morning but for me it was not too loud) The lobby is a bit small, a little dark and needs an update. Good central location. Staff very friendly and professional. The rooftop restaurant/bar is okay, the 11th floor breakfast buffet is very comfortable, and both have excellent views over the city.
