Beware of unfriendly lady working in reception.

Terrible and unbelievable lady in reception that refuses to give a blankett and pillow as we had 2 adults and 2 kids. Had to shout and demand before another staff gave me. She claim Daniya hotels only give blankets snd pillow after number of beds in room! Lunch according to information until 15.30. I came 15.25, and had to pay 11.50€ for lunch.Lunch was included into my reservation and hotel is lying about that.Very rude behavior.I dont recommend to visit this hotel.Lunch according to information until 15.30. Super clean room with good beds, great value for money, very helpful and super friendly staff, only 10 minute busride to Alicante city center (for 1,45 and the bus stop is at the hotel), good food, lovely pool and pool area. Would not hesitate to stay here again ( we stayed on two separate nights). Free parking on the hotel premises (entrance may be a little hard to find). Great clean hotel, with free parking, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. There is a haridryer in the room, but no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The swimming pool is very nice. Would stay again. Hotel was delightful, everyone was very polite and always greeted you with a smile on their face. Hotel rooms were cleaned every other day if you wanted them to be. Nothing was misplaced. The food was nice and plentiful. More than you can ask for given the rating of the hotel. The pool was pleasant to be around everyday. Crowd of people were quiet and respectful.
